Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups uncooked oats
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- In small bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- And add oats and chips.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.

My husband calls these cookies, "Food Heroin". They are his absolute favorite. I once made them for an office open house and they garnered me a marriage proposal!
